QUALITY INMOBILIARIA is constituted by a group of companies (Habitat, Guizar, Robina, & Sur) with broad experience and acknowledged prestige in the real estate circle. Some of these firms have been in operation since the sixties, and this is why they have considerable experience concentrated in the real estate market. From 1990 to 1996 was part of the Century 21 franchise system of México. During that period, our companies always won first places for sales at a national level, obtaining every single year the maximum award granted by Century 21 international (The Centurion) to the best real estate offices in each Country. This results shown by the Century 21 system, demonstrates the number of operations completed, as well as their economic volume, which proves the quality of each and every one of our offices.
It was on March 1996, with success achieved by our companies, a decision was made to established a strategic alliance to consolidate under a sole name “QUALITY INMOBILIARIA”, to offer the client the best real estate services, in addition, to taking into account our sales locations in México city metropolitan zone. (NW, SW, S, N).
The successful experience of having worked together, allowed us, to integrate as a new real estate group, to grant the public a uniform quality service.
We do offer the whole range of real estate services: Commercialization, Referrals, Administration, Consulting and Project Development, though evidently, our specialization is placed on the line known as brokerage or used and new property sale.
We count with specialized personnel in residential, commercial, financing, legal, fiscal and administrative areas. Our commercialization staff is constituted by highly qualified sales groups, in each of our 4 locations, in accordance to the systems we have developed as QUALITY INMOBILIARIA for our collaborators. This allows us to render the best and most complete service in real estate matter and to be certain that each of our sales agents is able to knowingly and courteously attend each of our clients.
A great deal of QUALITY INMOBILIARIA success constitutes the excellent training program to which each member of the group has been subject to, in addition to the experience, prestige and seriousness of our Company, and the fact that having a clear cooperative work philosophy, that along with operation and communication systems, has allowed us to interchange business with properties of other brokers by means of Multiple Listing Services. In order to offer an excellent service, our resources include a modern and efficient infrastructure; nevertheless, the best richness is constituted by the quality of our human resources.
Staff:
The QUALITY INMOBILIARIA group is currently integrated by more than one hundred people distributed in our four business offices. They have different specialties, and are all devoted towards a same objective. We count with a highly instructed staff in real estate matters, with broad experience and knowledge in appraisals as well as legal, fiscal financial and commercial aspects.
We maintain a continuous training policy; our sales agents are thoroughly prepared to offer support in each step of the process, beginning from precise detection of client necessities to operation fulfillment.
Equipment:
Every QUALITY INMOBILIARIA office counts with an advanced computerized equipment; we are integrated to several multiple listing services and we keep our own data base which contains fully confirmed information of the real estate dealings made in the Mexico City metropolitan area during the last years.

Our communication system has been renewed, we have sufficient lines installed in each of our business offices; each staff member has a movil phone, thus achieving immediate communication and offering a 24 hour , 7 days a week service.

Apart from the usual promotion media, such as sale signs and magazine and newspaper adds, we register properties in all the respected Multiple Listing Services, in the QUALITY INMOBILIARIA Indexes and we produce our own printing material, brochures, flyers, which are distributed in our real estate circle and directly sent to potential clients. We are also supported by a client portfolio, created and increased by many service years.
